One of the qualities that we most enjoy about MUSIC is its ability to move us. Therefore, it is important to allow the music to move your emotion as you dance.

The understanding of how to use your IMAGINATION correctly, and putting this knowledge into practice, will make you link the movement and able to respond the next dance move with a clearer mind.

The awareness of BALANCE through your mind and body balance gives you the true balancing when you dance.
